Sisi Lola CORN & RED BELL PEPPER RELISH

This Sisi Lola corn and red pepper relish has a sweet and creamy base, which makes it a great garnishment on grilled meats, sausages and fish especially salmon. This very versatile and appealing relish is very tasty with tortilla chips or as a topping on fish tacos and hot dogs

The peppers are finely chopped in a food processor with some onion, salted and strained of the excess water, then mix and simmered in vinegar and sugar, giving it its fruity, sweet heat and relish tang.

Enjoy with steamed basmati rice tossed with sautéed bell peppers flavored with red chillies and garlic.
