SISI LOLA ALLSPICE GROUND

Sisi Lola Allspice has an aromatic scent like a combination of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, which is why “all” is used in its name. Ground allspice is slightly bitter, earthy, and nutty. It is a plant, the unripe berries and leaves of the plant are highly medicinal, often used in Jamaican jerk seasoning and in brines for pickled fish (such as herring) and vegetables.

Use Sisi Lola Allspice in your herring or bass with a toss of honey butter. Great as an ingredient in Hummus too.
