1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, with juice

4 cups seafood or fish stock

1 lb crab legs, cleaned and pre-cooked

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb mussels, scrubbed and debearded

1 lb firm white fish (like cod or halibut), cut into chunks
