LOLA's STRAWBERRY PRESERVES

My strawberry preserves deliver a more fruity flavor with bits of strawberries in them, best serve with scones, cream bun, topping for ice cream, filling for layer cakes, biscuits, or toasts. Quite different from jams which are made with mashed fruits and spread lighter and thinner.
