Enjoy the soft heat of habanero peppers counterbalanced by the richness of Roasted Garlic EVOO. This has a heat that sneaks up on you but is great to use in cooking. Some of the heat will dissipate as the oil cooks. This is a great way to introduce a kick to some of your everyday dishes. Pour into the crockpot when making your next roast (beef or pork); or kick up your pasta game by introducing the oil to your cooked pasta and adding some parmesan cheese and chorizo; it’s also delicious on roasted potatoes or in rice.
